Terms of Service

Effective Date: August 22, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your creation and use of a Sogni account and your use of Sogni-branded apps, websites, APIs, SDKs, Worker software, Supernet features, and related services (collectively, the "Services") provided by we&robot PTE LTD ("Sogni," "we," "our," or "us"). By creating a Sogni account or using the Services, you agree to the following terms and use restrictions:
1. You are solely responsible for the content you generate using the Services. we&robot PTE LTD is not liable for any misuse or unauthorized use of the Services or their generated content.
2. we&robot PTE LTD reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Services or any of their features at any time without prior notice.
3. we&robot PTE LTD reserves the right to update or modify the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service at any time. It is the User's responsibility to review these policies periodically.
4. we&robot PTE LTD may change plan pricing, included features and models, usage allowances, fair-use controls, and other limits at its discretion. Changes apply prospectively and remain subject to any notice, consent, or effective-date requirements imposed by applicable law or the billing platform. We will provide advance notice of material changes affecting an active paid subscription when required. See the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
5. Most of the models available on Sogni are open-weight base models and community fine-tunes released under public open licenses. Sogni's operation of those models and your use of them are both governed by the license each model was released under, in addition to these Terms. Where a model publishes a license or vendor terms, we surface them on that model's page under sogni.ai/models so you can read them before you generate.
6. Sogni generally hosts only models whose licenses are broadly permissive, including licenses that permit commercial use and leave you owning what you produce. That is a description of how we curate the catalog — it is not legal advice, and it is not a warranty about any individual model. Licenses differ from one another, they can change, and their effect can vary with your jurisdiction and how you use the output. You are responsible for reviewing the public license of each model you use and for determining, with your own legal counsel where appropriate, what rights and obligations that license gives you — including any attribution, share-alike, or use restrictions it imposes.
7. Sogni also offers models operated by third-party vendors, such as ByteDance Seedance 2.5 and OpenAI GPT Image 2. These are not open-weight models, and requests made with them are fulfilled through the vendor's own service. Your use of these models is additionally bound by that vendor's terms of service, acceptable-use, and content policies, which apply alongside these Terms and control over clause 6 for those models.
8. Account eligibility and integrity. You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age required to enter into these Terms in your jurisdiction. Each person may create, control, and use only one Sogni account. Your account must be your primary, permanent Sogni account. You may use that account across Sogni Services and with multiple legitimate Worker nodes or devices, but operating multiple Workers or devices does not permit you to create or use additional accounts. You must provide accurate account information, must not register with a disposable or temporary email address, and are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity conducted through your account.
9. You agree not to:
  • Create, control, or use duplicate, throwaway, or otherwise additional Sogni accounts, including accounts created to evade restrictions, obtain additional free usage, or farm, transfer, or pool credits, Spark, points, tokens, referrals, rewards, or other benefits.
  • Use botting, fake referrals, spam, fabricated activity, multiple account identities, repeated payment disputes, or other deceptive or bad-faith tactics to manipulate usage, rankings, eligibility, limits, payments, or rewards.
  • Use unauthorized automation, scripts, abusive API or SDK activity, or other technical means to exploit the Services or obtain benefits that were not earned through ordinary use.
  • Modify, manipulate, or misrepresent a Worker client, Worker identity, device, account, or network activity to gain an unfair advantage or interfere with the Services.
10. Enforcement and reversals. We may investigate suspected violations and, depending on the circumstances, withhold, reverse, or recover credits, Spark, points, referral benefits, tokens, or other rewards associated with ineligible, fraudulent, reversed, or disputed activity. Chargebacks or payment reversals may result in the removal of related benefits. We may also disqualify you from a promotion or rewards program and restrict, suspend, or terminate your account and associated participation in the Services. These remedies may apply to connected accounts, Workers, devices, or wallets used to evade or violate these Terms.
11. Security research. Security auditing, vulnerability testing, and penetration testing must be coordinated with and authorized by Sogni in writing before testing begins. Uncoordinated testing or attempted unauthorized access may be treated as a violation of these Terms and applicable law.
12. Wallets and tokens. A wallet compatible with one or more blockchain networks supported by Sogni may be created for you when you create an account. You are responsible for securing your wallet and credentials, paying any applicable network fees, and complying with the laws and tax obligations that apply to your receipt, ownership, use, or transfer of tokens. SOGNI tokens are utility tokens intended for use within the Sogni ecosystem. They are not intended as an investment and do not represent ownership, voting rights, or an entitlement to future profits. We make no warranty regarding their future value, liquidity, tradability, or utility.
13. Governing law and disputes. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services through good-faith mediation under the auspices of the Singapore Mediation Centre. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, it will be finally settled by arbitration in Singapore under the rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre by one arbitrator, in English, with Singapore as the seat of arbitration.
14. You agree not to use Sogni:
  • To create or publish offensive content, including but not limited to images that are discriminatory, hateful or harmful.
  • In any way that violates any applicable national, federal, state, local or international law or regulation.
  • For the purpose of exploiting, harming or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way.
  • To generate or disseminate verifiably false information and/or content with the purpose of harming others.
  • To generate or disseminate personal identifiable information that can be used to harm an individual.
  • To defame, disparage or otherwise harass others
  • For fully automated decision making that adversely impacts an individual’s legal rights or otherwise creates or modifies a binding, enforceable obligation
  • For any use intended to or which has the effect of discriminating against or harming individuals or groups based on online or offline social behavior or known or predicted personal or personality characteristics
  • For any use intended to or which has the effect of discriminating against individuals or groups based on legally protected characteristics or categories
  • To provide medical advice and medical results interpretation
  • To generate or disseminate information for the purpose to be used for administration of justice, law enforcement, immigration or asylum processes, such as predicting an individual will commit fraud/crime commitment (e.g. by text profiling, drawing causal relationships between assertions made in documents, indiscriminate and arbitrarily-targeted use)
By creating a Sogni account or using the Services, you signify your acceptance of this Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these policies, do not create an account or use the Services.
