Published active-job and queue-size limits help keep access fair across the Supernet. Paid plans also use unpublished, adaptive daily throughput tiers. Paid plans include a daily fair-use capacity on the Fast network: reaching it pauses Fast plan rendering until your capacity resets 24 hours later, on your own plan schedule, while Relaxed rendering stays unlimited and Premium Spark is unaffected. A separate, much larger monthly fair-use capacity — generous relative to the price of your plan — backstops sustained heavy use and resets on your billing date. Both are real, enforced limits; that is what keeps renders fast for every member. Available concurrency also steps down as an account crosses each higher usage threshold. Thresholds adjust with GPU supply and network demand. Your current standing is always visible as a percentage at app.sogni.ai/usage. Standard MiniMax H3 uses more dynamic throttling than H3 Turbo because of demand, but fewer than 10% of Unlimited subscribers currently experience a fair-use over-usage slowdown. Within each priority class, subscription renders favor accounts with the least usage that UTC day so more subscribers receive fast service with minimal queue time. Premium Spark and SOGNI pay-as-you-go jobs receive priority over subscription jobs, while Unlimited Pro receives priority over Unlimited. Exact thresholds are not published to prevent gaming. Normal commercial use of your creations is permitted; the restriction applies to using an Unlimited plan as production infrastructure for multiple users or continuous demand.

New subscribers to Sogni Unlimited or Unlimited Pro get a 3-day trial at no charge. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first charge. Canceling stops renewal and keeps trial access until the original trial end date on web/Stripe, the App Store, and Google Play, even if you cancel right away. One trial per household. If you subscribe again after using a trial, checkout starts as a paid subscription. The trial includes the same opt-in Sensitive Content Filter controls as Unlimited, so creators 18 or older can disable the filter during the trial; free monthly Spark remains filtered. Free trials include up to 120 images and 15 videos per day, including up to 6 MiniMax H3 videos within the 15-video allowance. Daily allowances reset at midnight UTC. Cancellation does not extend the trial or reset eligibility. Regular plan and fair-use limits apply once your trial converts.

Web/Stripe trials require your authorization for a temporary card hold equal to the selected plan's payment amount, including the full annual amount for annual billing. We show the exact amount before you check the authorization box and choose Accept & continue to Stripe. You can instead choose Cancel trial setup to abandon setup without requesting a hold or starting a trial. Trial access starts after successful card verification.

Your bank may show SOGNI* NO CHARGE (wording may vary). Sogni never collects this verification hold or turns it into a payment. We request release immediately after the check; your bank may take a few business days to remove the pending item. We email the attempt's amount, expected name, result, and release status. Some banks call it a "charge" or ask for approval; approving a recognized verification request does not make it a payment. Reply to the email for help. See the card verification FAQ.

In Sogni Wallet, select Update Plan, then Downgrade to Free. Review when your benefits end and what will no longer be included, then continue to Stripe to confirm. Apple and Google Play subscriptions must be canceled with the store that billed you. For paid plans, renewal turns off and access continues until the date shown by the billing provider; then future generations use pay-as-you-go Spark. Canceling a trial keeps access until its original end date, with the same trial limits, on web/Stripe, the App Store, and Google Play. Your account, creations, and Spark balance remain available. Crypto-paid plans have nothing to cancel — they are prepaid and never renew, so access simply ends on your paid-through date.

Annual subscriptions are discounted in exchange for a one-year commitment. You may cancel renewal at any time, and your access will continue through the end of your paid term. If a renewal payment fails, Unlimited access pauses during the payment retry period and resumes after payment succeeds. Mid-term refunds are not provided except where required by law, required by the payment platform, or approved by Sogni support for billing, technical, or account issues. For App Store purchases, refund requests are handled by Apple. Crypto payments are on-chain and cannot be reversed; approved exceptions are handled manually in the same stablecoin, net of the network fee, after support confirms the return details.

Failed paid jobs are normally credited automatically. Completed results are generally charged unless Sogni verifies an objectively unusable technical generation failure, such as an entirely black or blank output, a corrupted file, or a video frozen on one frame because rendering failed. Artifacts, anatomical or motion errors, imperfect prompt adherence, noise, and normal model or seed variation do not typically qualify. See the Cancellation, Refund, and Generation Credit Policy.

Eligible Unlimited accounts include fair-use access to supported open-weight models on the Sogni Supernet — including MiniMax H3 and H3 Turbo, Krea 2 Turbo, Z-Image Turbo, Chroma, Qwen Image Edit 2511 Lightning, LTX-2.5, WAN 2.2, language models, and ACE-Step music models, plus FlashVSR v1.1 2K video upscaling, Pixal3D single-image and Multi-View to 3D, SAM 3 and BiRefNet cutouts, and Qwen3-TTS speech and voice cloning. Sogni plans can access eligible open-source uncensored and NSFW-capable models on the Sogni Supernet, including Dark Beast Krea 2 v3, Dark Beast Z-Image Turbo v9, One Obsession v22, Chroma, and other community models. Unlimited and Unlimited Pro cover those eligible open-source models under fair use, and the 3-day Unlimited trial includes full unrestricted access for creators 18 or older, including disabling the Sensitive Content Filter. Free monthly Spark cannot be used while the filter is off; pay-as-you-go Spark packs or SOGNI can also run eligible models. Mature content is strictly opt-in for creators 18 or older: disable the Sensitive Content Filter in the Sogni app or SDK before submitting those jobs. Regular Spark- and SOGNI-paid worker jobs still settle in SOGNI per completed job. The Worker Revenue Share Pool is an optional second income stream for subscription jobs, distributed after each month closes and provider revenue is reconciled. Workers accept the current Subscription Earnings terms and enable eligible workers from the upcoming Subscription Earnings dashboard. Participating workers earn based on their share of completed subscription-tier render work, measured as Spark-equivalent pool points. Crypto plans are prepaid one-time purchases: they never auto-renew, there is nothing to cancel, and there is no free trial. You can prepay several months or years at once, and upgrading to Unlimited Pro mid-period charges only the prorated difference.
